We've also added built-in accessibility features natively into the chat interface:

User Profiles now contain quick links to essential QSAC web services natively inside the app! Links include the official QSAC Portal, UKG Pay Stubs, PTO & Timesheets, and the Sexual Harassment Complaint Form.
Welcome to QSACTalk. This application is an encrypted internal communication protocol built exclusively for QSAC staff operations. It provides a secure, fully tracked environment ensuring that strictly internal facility messages remain within authorized devices.
• Secure Google Authentication: Access restricted purely to verified facility accounts.

• Encrypted 1-on-1 Comms: Private channels completely isolated from the main broadcast.
• Cloud Restoration: Automatically restore your logs when moving across devices.
Since QSACTalk is securely distributed bypassing public stores, your device will display a security prompt preventing immediate installation. Follow these critical steps to bypass the block.
Step 1: After downloading the APK, attempt to open the file from your notification tray or downloads folder. A prompt will appear stating your phone is not allowed to install unknown apps.
Step 2: Tap Settings on the prompt shown above. This will take you to the "Install unknown apps" screen.
Step 3: Toggle the switch for Allow from this source to the ON position.
Step 4: Press the Back arrow, and you will now see the option to Install. Tap Install, and launch QSACTalk once finished.
To access the network, you must verify your identity using your designated Google account. QSACTalk does not handle custom passwords.
After your initial authentication, the system will prompt you for your organizational Username. Once set, your profile is permanently locked to your Google ID.
Restoration: If you install the app on a new device or you log off and log back in, simply authenticate with the same Google account. All historical chats, both Lobby and Private, will automatically securely restore from the cloud.
To view your operational details, select the Profile tab or section in the main app interface. Your profile displays your assigned Google picture natively alongside your chosen Username.
The Lobby is the core synchronization hub. It is visible to all active staff members and should be used for general updates, alerts, and facility coordination.
Private chats are initiated by selecting a user from the Inbox or the Users list. These networks are segregated strictly between you and the recipient.
Tap the Users (or Contacts) icon in the bottom navigation or main menu to pull up the active registry of all staff on the server.
From this list, simply tap on any staff member's name to instantly create or jump into a secure 1-on-1 private chat room.
Tap the gear icon on the main screen to enter the System Settings. Here you can tweak the application environment.
• Notifications: Enables background listeners. Toggle off to save battery.
• Theme Colors: Flips between the QSACTalk default Burgundy/Blue and the pitch black OLED mode.
• Check Updates: Manually ping the server to detect if a newer release APK is available for download.
Share your real-time location with any staff member through the built-in GPS interface.
Step 1: Select a staff member from the Users list to open a private chat or go to their profile.
Step 2: Inside the Private Chat, tap the Location Icon (📍) next to the message box, OR tap "Share My Location" on their User Profile.
Step 3: Grant GPS permissions if prompted. The app will capture your current coordinates and dispatch them as a secure message.
